YOOSELL – SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These Subscription Terms govern all paid memberships, subscription packages, recurring services and paid add-ons provided by YooSell Group Ltd trading as YooSell (“YooSell”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 These Subscription Terms apply in addition to
- YooSell Website Terms & Conditions;
- Seller Listing Agreement;
- Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions;
- Privacy Policy; and
- any applicable service-specific terms.
1.3 By purchasing a subscription package, you agree to these Subscription Terms.
2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
2.1 YooSell offers subscription-based property advertising and marketing packages.
2.2 Subscription features, pricing and package availability may vary from time to time.
2.3 Subscription services may include
- property listings;
- portal advertising;
- enquiry forwarding;
- communication tools;
- marketing exposure;
- optional upgrades; and
- additional paid services.
2.4 YooSell reserves the right to
- modify package contents;
- change features;
- add or remove functionality;
- amend pricing structures; or
- discontinue services.
3. SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD
3.1 Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions operate on a rolling monthly basis.
3.2 Subscription periods commence on the date the subscription is activated.
3.3 Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
4. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
4.1 By purchasing a subscription, you expressly authorise YooSell to
- process recurring payments;
- automatically renew your subscription; and
- charge the payment method provided at each renewal date.
4.2 Subscription renewals will continue until
- cancelled by you; or
- terminated by YooSell.
4.3 It is your responsibility to
- monitor billing dates;
- manage your subscription; and
- ensure payment details remain valid and up to date.
5. FEES & PAYMENTS
5.1 Subscription fees are displayed on the YooSell platform.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise
- fees include VAT where applicable;
- payments are taken in advance; and
- charges recur automatically.
5.3 YooSell may
- amend pricing;
- introduce new charges;
- modify package structures; or
- change billing frequency by providing reasonable notice.
5.4 Failed or overdue payments may result in
- suspension of listings;
- suspension of services;
- removal of advertising; or
- account termination.
5.5 YooSell reserves the right to recover outstanding amounts and associated costs.
6. FREE TRIALS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
6.1 Promotional offers and free trial periods may be subject to separate Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Where a free trial applies
- valid payment details must still be provided;
- subscriptions automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before renewal; and
- upgraded services may incur immediate charges.
6.3 Promotional offers are subject to eligibility requirements and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. UPGRADES & ADD-ON SERVICES
7.1 Customers may purchase
- package upgrades;
- featured listings;
- portal advertising upgrades; or
- other optional services.
7.2 Additional services may incur
- immediate charges;
- recurring charges; or
- pro-rata adjustments.
7.3 Upgrades may activate immediately upon purchase.
8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 Subscribers must
- provide accurate information;
- maintain valid payment methods;
- comply with applicable laws;
- comply with YooSell policies; and
- ensure listing accuracy.
8.2 Subscribers must not
- misuse the Platform;
- provide misleading information;
- create duplicate accounts to exploit promotions; or
- interfere with the Platform’s operation.
9. PLATFORM RIGHTS
9.1 YooSell reserves the right to
- reject listings;
- suspend accounts;
- remove listings;
- request verification documents; or
- terminate serviceswhere necessary for operational, legal or commercial reasons.
9.2 YooSell may suspend services immediately where
- payments fail;
- fraud is suspected;
- misleading information is identified; or
- these Terms are breached.
10. NO GUARANTEE
10.1 YooSell does not guarantee
- property sales;
- buyer enquiries;
- listing visibility;
- portal acceptance;
- uninterrupted service; or
- marketing performance.
10.2 YooSell provides a self-service property advertising platform only.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, YooSell excludes liability for
- indirect losses;
- consequential losses;
- loss of profit;
- failed sales;
- portal outages;
- cyber incidents;
- transaction delays; or
- third-party actions.
11.2 YooSell’s total liability relating to subscription services shall not exceed
- the fees paid during the preceding 12 months; or
- £500, whichever is lower.
11.3 Nothing excludes liability which cannot legally be excluded under English law.
12. TERMINATION
12.1 Subscribers may cancel subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by written notice.
12.2 Cancellation prevents future renewals only and does not normally entitle the subscriber to refunds for current billing periods.
12.3 YooSell may suspend or terminate subscriptions immediately where
- payments fail;
- fraud is suspected;
- misleading information is uploaded; or
- these Terms are breached.
13. GOVERNING LAW
13.1 These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Subscription Terms.
