YooSell – 1 Month Free Membership Offer Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Overview

1.1 YooSell offers new customers one (1) month free membership on the Basic Package, equivalent to a discount of £49.50 (the “Free Month Offer”).

1.2 The Free Month Offer applies from the date of successful account registration and activation.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Free Month Offer is available to new customers only.

2.2 A “new customer” is defined as an individual or entity that has not previously registered for a YooSell account or used the service.

2.3 YooSell reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer where misuse, duplication, or abuse is suspected.

3. Subscription & Payment Details

3.1 Customers are required to provide valid payment details at the point of registration, even where the Free Month Offer applies.

3.2 No charge will be made during the initial one (1) month free period unless the customer upgrades their package (see Clause 4).

3.3 At the end of the free period, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard monthly rate applicable to the selected package unless cancelled in accordance with Clause 5.

4. Upgrades During Free Period

4.1 Customers may upgrade to a higher-tier package at any time during the free period.

4.2 Where an upgrade is selected, the Free Month Offer will apply as a £49.50 discount against the chosen package.

4.3 The customer will be required to pay the difference between the Basic Package price (£49.50) and the selected higher-tier package price for that month.

4.4 Any upgrades will take effect immediately upon selection.

5. Cancellation

5.1 Customers may cancel their subscription at any time during the free period.

5.2 To avoid being charged, cancellation must be completed prior to the end of the one (1) month free period.

5.3 If the subscription is not cancelled before the renewal date, the applicable monthly fee will be charged automatically using the payment details provided.

5.4 No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel prior to renewal.

6. Fair Use & Restrictions

6.1 The Free Month Offer is limited to one (1) use per customer.

6.2 The offer must not be used in conjunction with any other promotions unless expressly stated.

6.3 YooSell reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be abusing the offer.

7. Changes & Withdrawal

7.1 YooSell reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend the Free Month Offer at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Any changes will not affect customers who have already activated the offer.

8. General

8.1 These terms should be read in conjunction with YooSell’s standard Terms of Service.

8.2 In the event of any conflict, these Offer Terms & Conditions shall prevail in relation to the Free Month Offer only.

9. Verification & Listing Rights

9.1 YooSell reserves the right to verify user information and property listings during the free period.

9.2 YooSell may remove or suspend listings that do not comply with platform standards or applicable laws.
